This blog documents my journey attempting to heal my own depression, childhood trauma, sexuality, addiction, co-dependency, complex PTSD and a lifetime of toxic shame in an effort to wake up, understand my true nature and become whole again.

The timeline of events in this blog can be confusing. To understand my backstory, read About Me. If you want to read my intense plant medicine experiences, start with Ceremony Four and the posts are in chronological order (I’ll document ceremonies 1-3 in the future).

This blog documents my journey of spiritual awakening, self-development, living authentically, healing trauma and to understand what it really means to be a human being.

As it stands, the blog doesn’t scale so well on mobile and you have to zoom in. Viewing on a laptop/desktop/tablet is the best reading experience.
